When an item is currently out of stock, it will show up as Backordered in your cart, and will also appear so on your order receipt. When looking at the individual product's page, it will list the backorder time frame underneath the item number, next to the words OUT OF STOCK. This is an estimate on how long it will take to get from our supplier to us, and then we will ship it to you. If we find out the item is on backorder with our supplier, and will not be available in the time listed, we will reach out to you to discuss your options.
Because many of our items are handmade, we do allow purchases for out of stock items. We do charge at the time of purchase so that the day the item arrives to our warehouse we can ship it directly to you, without having to lose time finalizing payment.
